If there is a conflict between what one of our employees/contractors says and the terms of this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall control.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you, the visitor/member/customer, and Zeezenia with respect to its services, its artists and family of websites. The failure of Envirotech International to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
